Ultra-soft and low thermal resistance Thermal interface materials(TIMs) from Sinoguide Technology

Now,Sinoguide Technology offers a new Type TCP500, a high performance and low thermal resistance thermal conductive pad that improves thermal transfer from ICs and other components to their heat sinks, and provides durability for installation and long-term use. 

TCP500 is a thermally conductive, electrically isolating silicone based thermal conductive material. The silicone provides excellent wetting properties for filling interface surfaces. The thermal conductivity reaches to 5 W/m-K at ultra-softness nature. The material meets UL 94V-0 flame class requirements, and its continuous use temperature range is -40 to +200°C. 

Sinoguide Technology developed TCP500 are available in die-cutting or punching into customized shape according the drawing. The TCP500 is inherently tacky on both side and will stick to heat sinks during assembly.
